Adam Rifai is a results-driven leader with expertise in logistics, procurement, and negotiations, known for leading retail and healthcare expansions across 14 states. At Mayer, he leverages this diverse background and strategic vision to champion renewable energy, revolutionizing the industry with innovative, sustainable solutions.

Amir Kuzbari VP Of Sales

Amir Kuzbari is an attorney and entrepreneur with a track record of building and selling companies across healthcare and real estate. As Mayer’s VP of Sales, he leverages his expertise in law, business strategy, and industry relationships to accelerate renewable adoption and establish long-term partnerships.

Ahmed Barakat VP Of Operations

With over 12 years in Commercial & Industrial solar, Ahmed oversees Mayer’s operations with a focus on precision and scalability. He has managed 20MW+ of installations and led energy projects across the UAE. Ahmed holds a Master’s in Engineering Management and top industry certifications.

Samer & Smadi Al-Smadi VPs Of Field Operations

Samer and Smadi bring more than 15 years of experience in solar installation and field management. With expertise in leading crews, overseeing job sites, and managing warehouse inventory, they apply this depth of knowledge at Mayer to ensure projects run efficiently, teams stay coordinated, and every installation meets the highest standard of quality.

Mayer Was Born

Mayer was founded with a mission to accelerate the clean energy transition. From day one, we set out to make solar more accessible, reliable, and scalable across the U.S.

2023

First Commercial Install

We completed our very first commercial solar installation: Trunk Space Storage, a 53,000 sq. ft. new-build facility in Santa Monica, California. This project set the standard for our future growth.

Scaling to 100+ Installs a Month

Mayer scaled rapidly, reaching 100 new solar installations every month. Our growth underscored rising demand for clean energy and our ability to deliver at scale.

New Headquarters

Mayer expanded into a new office to house our growing team and operations, a sign of both momentum and stability in the solar industry.
