Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for external sales partners, supporting pipelines and deal success
- Provide training, guidance, and resources to help partners deliver excellent customer experiences
- Field-based role focused on relationship building, issue resolution, and performance growth
- Requires strong work ethic, long hours, and passion for solar
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in solar sales, account management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of residential solar sales, basic system design, and financing
- Experience with sales operations, CRM, pipeline management, and coordination
- Excellent communication and ability to influence external partners
- Valid driver's license; able to travel locally/regionally
- Willing to work extended hours, including evenings/weekends
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
