⚙️ Role Overview
We’re hiring a skilled offshore Full-Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. You’ll work across critical software systems supporting our solar sales and engineering operations in the U.S. This role demands a versatile, execution-focused engineer who can ship clean code, work with APIs, manage cloud infrastructure, and understand solar industry workflows.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications and internal tools used by Mayer teams across engineering, sales, and operations
- Build and consume RESTful APIs; integrate third-party systems such as Arrivy, Terros, and internal platforms
- Collaborate on UX/UI prototyping and implementation using Figma and React
- Build dashboards, automation tools, and reporting pipelines with Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace APIs
- Optimize and scale workflows related to solar project operations, including pricing models, PPW, adders, and scheduling logic
- Work with HubSpot CRM and its API to automate customer journey touchpoints
- Leverage Google Cloud (and optionally services like Railway, AWS, DigitalOcean) to deploy and manage applications
- Apply data analytics and data science techniques to drive insights from operational and sales data
Implement and experiment with AI workflows: vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in full-stack development
- Strong command of JavaScript, React, C#, and .NET
- Deep experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
- Experience with HubSpot and HubSpot APIs
- Experience in Google Workspace automation (Apps Script, Sheets APIs, etc.)
- Familiar with data analytics, dashboards, and scripting for automation
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
🚀 Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience deploying apps on Railway, AWS, or DigitalOcean
- Knowledge of AI/ML workflows: embeddings, agents, LLM integrations
- Experience with CI/CD and modern dev pipelines
- Figma experience for collaborative UI/UX prototyping
- Practical experience in the U.S. solar industry (e.g., PPW, adders, design flows, sales quoting)
- Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Arrivy or Terros
- Background in designing internal tools for distributed teams
